Standard Implementation Scope

StockIQ will provide the following implementation services (“Implementation Services”) in accordance with the terms of the Master Subscription and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and applicable Order Form.

Implementation is structured as a single-phase deployment. This means all licensed modules, user groups, and business units are implemented concurrently within the scope of this project

Included Implementation Services

The following Implementation Services are included:

  1. ERP Integration
    • Integration with a single, standard ERP system that has been in production use for at least thirty (30) days.
    • Supported standard ERPs include:
      • D365 Business Central / NAV
      • D365 Finance / AX
      • Dynamics GP
      • Sage 100, Sage 500, and Sage X3
      • Oracle NetSuite
      • Acumatica
      • SAP Business One
      • Epicor / Prophet 21
    • Integration includes one automated nightly data refresh.
  2. Core Setup and Configuration
    • Configuration of the StockIQ Software to enable key planning features such as forecasting, events, safety stock and service level management, stratification, and supply order generation.
    • Setup of user accounts and role-based privileges.
  3. Data Validation and Testing
    • Pre-validation of the 10 required data feeds, along with any additional feeds deemed essential to the client’s business.
    • Testing/Validation to ensure completeness and accuracy of integrated ERP data.
    • Configuration guidance to align system setup with industry best practices.
  4. Order Writer Enablement
    • Deployment of StockIQ’s standard Order Writer for purchase, transfer, and manufacturing order types.
  5. Training
    • 20 hours of training sessions for Client personnel, including:
      • Implementation phase walkthroughs and validation
      • Up to eight (8) hours of dedicated remote go-live training
      • Post  implementation go-live reinforcement
      • Instruction on navigation, managing forecasts, order management, basic reporting, and related workflows
  6. Adoption Support
    • Five (5) weeks of post-go-live consultation and support to help teams incorporate StockIQ into daily operations.

Additional Services

Services outside the scope above will be provided on a time and materials basis. These services will be billed at StockIQ’s standard rate of $250 per hour, and include but are not limited to:

  • Integration with non-standard or multiple ERP systems
  • Parallel ERP projects, where the ERP system is being implemented concurrently with StockIQ
  • Custom reports, data exports, or custom Order Writers
  • Additional or retraining sessions for new users
  • On-site training (plus travel costs)
  • Post-implementation structural changes (e.g., adding business units or acquisitions)
  • Additional phased implementation requests (e.g., staged rollouts by module, region, or business unit)

Support beyond the standard five (5) week post-go-live period, Adoption+, is available, if requested, at a rate of $1,500 per week. Adoption+ typically includes 2 to 3 one-hour meetings per week, focused on addressing real-world scenarios and providing guidance within StockIQ as they arise.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to ERP systems and all required data
  • Assign internal personnel with relevant planning and technical knowledge
  • Participate in validation reviews and implementation meetings
  • Complete tasks promptly to ensure efficient progress
